We are pleased to announce that the Polish Chamber of Packaging has assumed the substantive patronage of the 6th edition of the Warsaw Pack. This is the next edition of the International Packaging Technology and Packaging Fair, which will be organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo with the support of PIO.

On April 8-10, 2025, the Ptak Warsaw Expo Trade Fair and Congress Center will host representatives of all branches of the packaging industry for the sixth time. Warsaw Pack is a great opportunity to get to know modern packaging machines as well as machines for producing packaging and a wide range of labels and labeling machines. The displayed products will also include: food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical packaging, as well as transport and industrial packaging. The event will be enriched by conferences, competitions and a special zone conducive to business contacts.

The Polish Chamber of Packaging took patronage over the fair, as well as the Innovation Salon. Under the patronage, the Chamber will also act as a co-organizer of the Contest for innovative packaging, organized within the scope of the Salon. By “innovative packaging” we mean packaging, packaging materials, machinery and equipment as well as packaging auxiliaries characterized by new, innovative solutions in terms of materials, technology, structure or functions.

The Chamber is an organization of entrepreneurs’ self-government, which was established in response to the needs of the packaging industry, leading its interests. PIO brings together producers of packaging, packaging materials, machinery and equipment for the packaging industry.

The next edition of the International Fair of Packaging Technology and Packaging - Warsaw Pack will take place on April 8-10, 2025 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

The Ptak Warsaw Expo trade fair and congress center will host representatives of all branches of the packaging industry for the sixth time. The Warsaw Pack fair has been highly appreciated for years, as evidenced by many positive opinions of exhibitors who participated in previous editions of this event. Many comments indicate that the Fair of Packaging Technology and Packaging at Ptak Warsaw Expo is growing in strength every year, gathering more and more people willing to participate in the event.

Warsaw Pack is a platform that guarantees convenient and professional conditions for establishing business cooperation. During the 6th edition of the fair, dedicated thematic zones will facilitate faster access to specific stands, such as: Automation and Robotics Zone, E-Commerce Zone, Logistics and Warehousing Zone, Packaging Zone, Packaging Technology Zone, Labeling, Labeling and Printing Zone, or a special zone – conducive to trade talks.

The entire technological line will be presented on 40,000 m2 of exhibition space. Guests attending the event will be able to conduct a comprehensive market review. At the exhibitors’ stands, you will be able to see modern packages produce and packaging machines, as well as a wide range of labels and labeling machines. Continuous development of the fair

Warsaw Pack is now a recognizable brand not only in Poland, but also in Europe. Both exhibitors and visitors are interested in participating in the event. As the interest grows, the expectations towards the organizer grow. Ptak Warsaw Expo in 2020 decided to allocate 40,000 m2 of exhibition space for the event, which is twice as much as in previous years. The dynamics of the development of the fair is perfectly reflected not only by the larger space, but also by the number of visitors, which is growing every year. In 2019, 9,000 guests visited the 3-day event, while the last edition of the fair was visited by almost 15,000 people. We believe that this year’s appetite for the fair has not diminished among the participants and we will once again be able to boast of a record attendance.

Excellent trading platform

On April 8-10, 2025, two fair events will take place at the Ptak Warsaw Expo. In addition to the International Fair of Packaging Technology and Packaging – Warsaw Pack, at the same time, the International Fair of Food Technologies – Food Tech Expo will be held. Events associating the packaging industry and food producers will be a unique opportunity to get to know a wide range of companies, whose offers and services will ensure multidirectional and comprehensive development of the company.

Safety first

PTAK Warsaw Expo meets the highest safety standards. We use above-standard measures to increase the level of sanitary safety. At the entrance to each event, there are disinfection booths with the possibility of automatic temperature measurement, health statements, we distribute free medical masks, we expanded the communication routes, we introduced an automatic entry and exit counter, and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected on a regular basis.

Despite the pandemic period, we safely carried out trade fairs, allowing us to strengthen many industries, conclude new business relationships and contract contracts.

The 5th edition of the Warsaw Pack packaging fair ended on March 5, 2020. During the 3 days of the event, the packaging industry, represented by Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, had the opportunity to conduct a complete review of the latest packaging machines, tools and techniques, as well as types of packaging, labels, automation and robotics , as well as logistics and e-commerce solutions. As every year, the event was accompanied by the Polish Chamber of Packaging.

The presence of leading exhibitors from the industry favored the premieres of products and services and the opportunity to learn about a wide range of types of packaging. During the event, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, transport and industrial packaging were presented. Participants also had the opportunity to see modern packaging and labeling machines, as well as a wide range of dedicated labels. The fair gathered a wide group of representatives of the packaging industry. Fewer than 15,000 guests appeared as visitors.

40,000 m2 of exhibition space has been allocated for the implementation of the event. It is two times more than last year. In view of the growing interest in the fair by representatives of the packaging sector and the dynamic development of this market, increasing the exhibition space was a necessary measure. Thanks to the huge space at Ptak Warsaw Expo’s disposal, the exhibitors could arrange their stands in an unlimited way. During the packaging fair in 2020, 148 machines and 623 packaging were presented.

During the 5th edition of Warsaw Pack, an interesting substantive program was also organized. For example: the conference “Modern packaging. Eco-transformation of packaging – vision 2030” co-organized by the Chamber and SIMP and organized by the Polish Chamber of Packaging, with the participation of Santander bank – The 1st Forum of Packaging Industry Entrepreneurs. An opportunity to gain a large portion of inspiration was also the conference entitled “Closed Circulation Packaging – Ergonomics and minimization versus environmental and cost effectiveness”, organized by Rekopol, as well as a lecture organized by Świat Druku entitled “How to fortify brandy? Innovative Packaging ”. Nearly 500 people took part in the substantive program.

Warsaw Pack is a platform that guarantees convenient and professional conditions for establishing business cooperation. Warsaw Pack is primarily a contracting event targeted at business representatives.
