In January of this year, the Ministry of Climate and Environment, as part of its announcement on the main directions of the ministry's work for the next six months, announced the suspension of the Environmental Protection Commission's work on the UC100 project. The reason for the suspension was the significant number of comments on the project, which may require a change in the concept. During our conference, we will discuss what an effective EPR should look like in the Polish market environment.
