AI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SUMMIT
AI Business Solutions Summit by Warsaw Pack 2026
A conference about practical AI implementations in industry and in the packaging value chain— with topics aligned to the Warsaw Pack profile (packaging, packaging technology, automation, quality control, logistics, and processes).
AI Business Solutions Summit is an event for leaders and teams who want to move from inspiration to implementation: understand where AI creates real value, how to prepare an organization to scale solutions, and how to deploy artificial intelligence in a safe way and in line with regulatory requirements. The program is designed for Warsaw Pack participants—manufacturing companies, technology suppliers, integrators, and teams responsible for packaging and packaging processes, automation, quality, R&D, and logistics.
At the heart of the conference are solutions, not “hype”: how to choose applications that genuinely improve processes and support business decision-making; how to build the foundations for implementation (data, integrations, architecture) so AI works reliably not only in PoCs, but also in an operational environment; how to design automations and workflows that support production teams, maintenance, and back office; and how to measure outcomes—KPIs and ROI—so implementations have a clear goal, an owner, and a result.
The Summit combines technology, business, and legal perspectives. On the one hand, participants get a practical approach to deploying AI and process automation, as well as a mature view of architecture and scaling within an organization. On the other, they receive a concrete security framework: compliance, governance, and preparation for regulatory requirements (including the AI Act), so AI can be implemented responsibly, with risk control and auditability. This approach reflects the real needs of the Warsaw Pack industry community: combining technological innovation with the requirements of production, quality, supply, and compliance.
